Rivista and/or its affiliates ("Rivista," the "Company," "we," "us," and "our,") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This policy describes:

  • We collect the information directly from you when you provide it to us.

Controlling your data. 

Other users may be able to identify you, or associate you with your account, if you include personal information in the content you post publicly. You can reduce the risk of being personally identified by using the Service pseudonymously, though doing so could detract from the credibility of your contributions to the Service.

Children

The Service is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

Communication Choices

When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from other Rivista users and Rivista itself. You can log in to manage your email preferences and follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative policy, service policy, or legal policy from Rivista.

Security

Rivista has put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, no company, including Rivista, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

Changes to this Statement

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to this statement and any other places we deem appropriate and will update the effective date of those changes at the top of this policy Statement, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
